Our delivery and project controls function underpins PrimaVision Group’s development activity.
The same capability is selectively deployed to support external partners, including joint venture investors on residential projects and a limited number of public-sector and government-funded programmes, where delivery discipline and governance are critical.

Digital (Incubating)
We are developing digital tools to improve how project information is captured, analysed, and reported. These capabilities are currently incubating within the Group and are used selectively to support delivery, with a focus on practical application rather than standalone digital products.

Strategic Advisory (Selective)
Strategic advisory is provided selectively to partners where delivery-led insight, governance experience, and practical execution knowledge add value. This support is relationship-led and situational; informed by real project and development experience rather than advisory in isolation.

We are Gold accredited, pre-qualified to PAS 91 and SSIP standards, confirming our compliance across governance, finance, and health & safety for public and private sector work.

SSIP Certified
Our SSIP certification verifies that we meet recognised UK health and safety standards, including CDM 2015 and HSE-aligned practices, across all project environments.

We are registered on the Achilles Network, meeting strict supplier assurance benchmarks for safety, sustainability, and compliance, enabling us to work with Tier 1 contractors and major frameworks.
